This is a great multipurpose tool for seed starting. With its unique convex stainless steel blade, it is ideal for delicately separating seedlings, especially from rigid containers. It can then be used to dibble holes for seedlings in larger-celled containers when up-potting. Some gardeners also find them useful for handling and planting seeds.
