We fondly refer to this amazing Brassica cousin of kale and broccoli as ‘the vegetable from Mars”. Under the peel of it’s bulbous modified stem is a crunchy treat that’s delicious sliced up and dipped into your favorite dip or roasted like broccoli! The leaves can be used like kale. Available varieties: ‘Kolibri’ (purple) and ‘Konan’ (green). 2 plants/ 3.5” pot. Divide plants and space 4-6” apart in rows 12” apart.
