Each of our packets of Certified Organic seed contains enough seed for 2 sowings in our 5×5’ trays (windowsill kit, 8 tray kit, or wrapped starter kit). $3/each. Choose from the following (TBD availability):

  • Arugula

  • Asian Greens (Bok choy, tatsoi, yukina savoy)

  • Basil

  • Broccoli

  • Cilantro

  • Fennel (Bronze): Feathery bronze leaves and stems with mild fennel flavor. Add sweet, fennel flavor to desserts, and color to light-colored fish. NOTE: Fennel flavor develops and intensifies as plants mature. Fennel at the micro stage can be quite mild in flavor.

  • Kale

  • Mustard: Greenwave mustard has a medium-green, heavily curled leaves with a sharp, spicy flavor.

  • Peas

  • Radish

  • Rainbow Sprinkles Chard and Beets: A bright and cheerful mix that offers maximum color. Includes lofty red and green leaves as well as a rainbow of stem and vein colors: bright and light pink, orange, red, and yellow. Varieties are selected for similar maturity dates and seed sizes, so trays germinate evenly. Earthy flavor.

  • Spicy Mix: A colorful blend of red and green mustards with various textures.

  • Turnip
