1 plant/ 3.5” pot. Cauliflower can often be a challenge crop to grow in Central Oregon gardens because of its sensitivity to fluctuations in temperature. This season, we have a collection of more heat tolerant varieties for you to experiment with! Space plants 15-18” apart in rows at least 12” apart.

‘Amethyst’: Estimated day to maturity in Central Oregon: 73 days. Attractive bright purple heads borne on large sturdy plants. Consistently much earlier than our other purple varieties in trials, with good head quality.

‘Earlisnow’: Estimated day to maturity in Central Oregon: 60 days. Produces white heads of cauliflower.
