1 plant/3.5” pot. Space plants 15-18” apart in rows at least 12” apart.

‘Emiko’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 74 days. For a uniform cabbage that’s tipburn resistant, early maturing, reluctant to bolt in the summer, and has good field holding, look no further than Emiko. This organic Chinese cabbage grows in an upright barrel-shape 10 inches tall and has a soothing light yellow heart.

‘Minuet’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 62 days. Best mini Chinese cabbage variety! 9" tall heads with dark green outer leaves and an attractive yellow interior. Light, sweet taste. Space 12" apart for high yields of upright, dense heads. Slow to bolt. Tolerant to bottom rot and black speck.

‘Primero’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 86 days. Red heads are round to oval-round and avg. 3 lb. Flavor is slightly sweet and peppery. May also be planted at close spacing for mini-head production.

‘Scarlette’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 84 - 89 days. A vibrant, deep magenta-purple color and contrasting, white midribs and veins, this Chinese cabbage is a real show-stopper. Add to that a delicious, mild flavor, and you’ve got a sensational selection for the garden and kitchen. Try this as a replacement for radicchio in mixed salads for a brilliant color without the bitter flavor. Uniform plants grow to about 13 inches tall and 20 inches wide.

‘Tiara’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 70 days. A green, dense, mini 3lb 6” head with a short core and very solid interior. The flavor is mild, not peppery, with a buttery, tender, juicy crunch. Has a long shelf life and is great for dense plantings or small gardens.
