Light, sweet taste. Slow to bolt. Tolerant to bottom rot and black speck. Space plants 12” apart in rows 12” apart.
Red Express: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 76 days. This open pollinated variety heads up quickly into tidy little 1.75 - 3lb red cabbages perfect for smaller portions. They can be densely planted at 8" spacing in rows 12” apart. Great for northern climates and small spaces.
