Aspabroc’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 70 days. This gourmet quality baby broccoli or broccolini produces tender, delicious, elongated stems topped with small, domed, 2 ½ inch florets. After the initial central stem is cut, the plants continue developing side shoots for repeated cuttings. Aspabroc has a nice, upright habit that lends itself to tight plantings.

‘Belstar’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 79 days. Proven to be widely adapted. Heads are medium green and well-domed with a medium-size bead. Strong, stress-tolerant plants with good side-shoot production.

‘De Cicco’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 59 days. A favorite multi-cut Italian heirloom variety that produces small, avg. 3–4" main heads projected well above the foliage followed by side-shoot spears. Nonuniform in maturity, resulting in a long harvest period.

‘Jacaranda’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 73 days. Unparalleled in crown broccoli, Jacaranda produces full-size heads that sport a unique purple color that’s typically reserved for sprouting types. This unusual variety is a cross of broccoli and cauliflower, bringing out the best of both crops. Compact plants produce very uniform crops with blue-green leaves that set off the vibrant purple-tinged, 5 inch heads that are tender and delicious.

‘Sweet Bunch’: Estimated days to maturity in Central Oregon: 39 days. Plants produce attractive, 3–4" diameter central heads followed by side-shoot production. Excellent flavor, raw or cooked. Will produce for 4–6 weeks if harvested regularly.
