‘Aspabroc’: Estimated days to maturity from transplanting in Central Oregon: 70 days. Baby broccoli/broccolini with long stems and 2 ½” florets. After the stem is cut, the plants continue developing side shoots. Good for tight plantings. Space plants 15-18” apart in rows at least 12” apart.

‘Belstar’: Estimated days to maturity from transplanting in Central Oregon: 79 days. A widely adapted, medium green broccoli with a medium-size bead. Strong, stress-tolerant plants with good side-shoot production for both summer and fall harvest.

‘DeCicco’: Estimated days to maturity from transplanting in Central Oregon: 62 days. This open pollinated (OP) Italian variety has 3-4” heads followed by reliable, abundant side shoots. The stalks are tender and have a mild flavor. Space plants 15-18” apart in rows at least 12” apart in rows at least 12” apart.

‘Gypsy’: Estimated days to maturity from transplanting in Central Oregon: 74 days. Large, healthy plants have intermediate resistance to downy mildew and good heat tolerance and good side-shoot production. Great for summer harvest!

‘Hon Tsai Tai’: Estimated days to maturity from transplanting in Central Oregon: 50 days. This open pollinated (OP) variety has dark green leaves, purple stems and sweet, petite florets. Similar to broccoli raab with a sweeter flavor and delicate texture. Young flowering shoots are delicious in fresh salads, stir-fries and pasta dishes. Harvest just before bright yellow blossoms open. Space plants 6-12” apart.

‘Jacaranda’: Estimated days to maturity from transplanting in Central Oregon: 65 days. This unusual variety is a cross of broccoli and cauliflower, bringing out the best of both crops. Easy-to-grow, compact plants produce very uniform crops with blue-green leaves that set off the vibrant purple-tinged, 5” heads that are tender and delicious. Space plants 15-18” apart in rows at least 12” apart.
