‘Music’: This hardneck variety reliably produces beautiful large white bulbs with subtle pink blush and striping. Each bulb contains large and easy to peel cloves, with about 6-8 cloves per head.
Pull garlic scapes in June to encourage larger bulbs. This variety has excellent garlic flavor, and is hot but not overly sulfurous. It is a hardy garlic, tolerant of extreme cold and well suited for northern growing climates.
