Separate and space 6-12” apart in rows 6-12” apart in greenhouse or plant in pots and keep indoors for now. Basil is cold sensitive. When growing them outdoors in Central Oregon, we recommend always growing them under the shelter of a mini hoophouse. Lift plastic up during the day for ventilation and close in the evening to retain heat.
