Overwintering purple sprouting broccoli. 1 plant/3.5" pot. Space 18-24” apart in rows 12” apart.

Matures in the spring when fall planted, these tall 24-36” plants are covered with petite, very sweet tasting purple crowns that turn green when cooked. Hardy to below 10°F, Purple Sprouting is a delicious mainstay of the family spring food supply.

We recommend planting under cover of a mini hoophouse.
